What is Personal Coaching?

When you work with me as a personal coach, you're starting a partnership designed to help you produce meaningful results in your personal and professional life. I can teach you accountability, give you a place to "sound off," a place to brainstorm, and a safe place for you to overcome obstacles, conquer fears, and become aware of new opportunities. I'll show you how to move from where you are now to where you want to be. Together, we'll clarify your purpose and vision, make significant decisions, create an action plan, and enable you to soar to heights you never thought possible.

My coaching will help you become self-aware so that you (and I) will be able to answer these questions about your life:
